Our jewellery is handmade often using natural products. We will endeavour to supply pieces as they are seen on the web site, however, there will always be some slight variations in size, colour etc. If you are not happy with the product please return to us within 7 days as per instructions below.
Delivery:
We will try to deliver within a week of receiving payment, however, depending on stock delivery may take up to 28 days.
Carriage
UK only - UK First Class at £1.50 for first item, 50p extra for the second and 25p for each subsequent item added to the order after that. Orders over £50 in value are carriage free. For recorded delivery please contact us. Rest Of World - Please contact us for a quote.
Distance Selling Regulations 2000 for UK CUSTOMERS apply
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ("the Regulations"), UK customers have the right to cancel an order placed with us within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of the goods, This does not include items that have been personalised or made to your specifications; or items that you have unsealed; or cost of carriage. The Regulations are designed to protect consumers when buying products by mail order or over the Internet as opposed to in person in a shop.
